aWallet Next keeps your vault on your device and, if you turn on sync, encrypted in your own cloud storage. We never have your vault, your passwords, your files or your master password, so there is nothing of that kind for us to delete.
The only data we hold about you exists if you used the optional Sign in with Google or Apple (Settings ▸ Subscription), which carries your subscription to your other devices:
the sign-in record in Firebase Authentication: an account ID, your e-mail address and your name, as Google or Apple provided them;
the subscription record in RevenueCat, kept under that account ID (purchase history from the App Store or Google Play).
Open aWallet Next ▸ Settings ▸ Subscription.
Tap Delete sign-in, then Delete.
Confirm with the same Google or Apple account when asked.
Your sign-in record is deleted at once. Your vault, attachments and cloud files are not touched. Your subscription stays with your App Store or Google Play account and still works on the device where you bought it.
Send an e-mail to next@awallet.org from the e-mail address of your sign-in, with the subject "Delete my aWallet Next data". We delete the sign-in record and the subscription record linked to it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
These are under your control only:
On the device: Settings ▸ Vault ▸ Reset aWallet deletes the vault, or uninstall the app.
In your cloud: delete the aWallet Next files (data.crypt2 and the attachments folder) from your Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud Drive or WebDAV server, and remove the app's access in your account settings (for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions).
What we don't keep: no analytics, no crash reports, no advertising data and no copies of your vault.
